Description
A white form of French meadow rue. Produces sprays of long-lasting, fluffy white flowers that reach up to 5 feet and resemble floating clouds. Highly ornamental clusters of seeds follow for many months. The delicate foliage, similar to that of an Aquilegia, extends the season of interest, and helps create an overall very elegant effect.
