With a name like that, how can you not?! This outstanding and rarely offered herbaceous perennial hails from the mountains of southern Europe. Its enormous stems bear the most delicate filigree foliage, followed by robust and tall spikes of pale cream, fragrant flowers. Particularly striking in early spring as the foliage explodes into growth.
