Description
Who says you can’t have Clematis flowering all year round? This elegant species, native to mountains in Northern India and South West China, blooms in the depths of winter. Its delicately fragrant flowers are distinctly bell-shaped when young, before the cream sepals expand, revealing masses of purple-red stamens. Fully hardy. Dormant in summer.
