Description
A Mediterranean native bulb, which is very happy at home in a hot summer-dry spot. Long and narrow, fleshy glaucous foliage precede tall and upright flower stems. Masses of starry white flowers with a prominent brown vein are a show-stealer in late spring. A carefree, but rarely cultivated bulb. Summer dormant.
