Description
A great cultivar of the more common bugle and a useful ground cover for partly shady spots. Forms a carpet of low, glossy, dark purple foliage, which produce spikes of bluish-purple flowers in spring. Lovely en masse. It does need a little more sun than the green-leafed forms to maintain the best coloured foliage.
