A wildly famous heritage variety believed to have come from Quebec, Canada in the 1730s. This historic apple has vibrant red and green skin, with crisp and bright white flesh. A fragrant and complex flavour. Grafted onto semi-dwarfing root stock MM106. Pollinated by crabapple Malus ‘Golden Hornet’.
