Description
A fascinating and fast-growing deciduous conifer. Delicate and feathery compound foliage that is fern-like to the touch and begins the season pale green before turning deep green in summer and then the most unique shade of red-bronze in autumn. Bark develops deep fissures and unusual fluting with age. The dawn redwood is unmistakable.
